About this suite
Room for everyone.
Views for days.
The Palacio Suite is the flagship — a full 1,800 square feet on the middle floor with sweeping bay views from every room. Three bedrooms, two baths, and a full kitchen on the middle floor. The beach and dock are downstairs through the backyard, by the pool. Book it with the 2BR suite below for 2,600 SF total and space for 14–15 guests.
This is not a hotel room with a kitchenette. It's a proper home with room to spread out, cook, gather, and actually live the week rather than just sleep through it. The over-bay palapa kitchen and patio downstairs is shared with the property — 900 square feet of covered outdoor living directly over the water.
Best for
Families with kids · Groups of divers or fishermen · Multi-couple trips · Anyone who wants serious space without sacrificing direct reef access.
Accessibility note
There are some stairs to reach the dock and beach. Ramps are available at most points but are steep. Please contact us if you have specific mobility requirements.
Dive shop access
The on-site dive shop is exclusively for El Palacio Rosa guests. Tanks available for certified and training divers — air fills for a small fee. No shared boats, no schedules you didn't set. Tortuga Divers — a full PADI operation — is reachable by kayak through the mangrove tunnels for certifications and guided dives.

🐠 Roatan Marine Park
We encourage all guests to make a voluntary contribution to the Roatan Marine Park — the organization that protects the reefs, enforces the marine park boundaries, and keeps these dive sites as spectacular as they are. Without them, none of this exists. Make a voluntary park fee donation →
