The Palace brings together the top two floors of the property into one seamless private home. The Crown — 2,800 SF on the top floor — connects directly to The Palacio Suite — 1,800 SF on the middle floor — via an internal stairwell. Two floors, one home, 4,600 square feet.
It's the configuration for a family that wants room to spread out without splitting up — grandparents upstairs with the best views and quietest nights, the rest of the crew below with more bedrooms and direct access to the terrace.

Three bedrooms — Master (King, en-suite), Blue Room (Queen), Yellow Room (Queen + Full/Twin bunkbed, sleeps 5). Full kitchen, family room, and a wrap-around balcony with epic bay views — just a touch lower than The Crown above.
The Crown is the owner's personal residence when on the island. You may find some personal items and touches that make it feel like a home rather than a rental — because it is. We ask that guests kindly respect these items and the space as they would a friend's home. That's exactly what it is.
The Bay Suite occupies the ground floor with its own separate entrance and may be rented independently during your stay. You'll share the pool, La Rosa, dock, and property grounds with those guests — the same shared-amenities arrangement all El Palacio Rosa guests enjoy.
